Week One: Reflection is KEY
You're frustrated. You're angry. You're sad. You're a teacher. How many times have you left work on a Friday and been "teacher tired"? It's hard to explain but it's a tired where you can barely move and all you want to do is lay in the bed and sleep. We feel you. So this week we're going to start attacking teacher burnout by looking doing a lot of self reflection.
